WHAT YOU'LL DO:As our Sales Development Associate/Business Development Manager, you will be equipped with the skills required for a lucrative sales career at Papé. Over a 6 to 12-month period, Papé will assign you to each of the following departments in a specific position for a designated timeframe: Parts, Service, Sales Administration, Rental and Business Development. This immerses you in the Papé business operations and provides you the in-depth knowledge to succeed in your sales career. You will also learn the Papé Sales Process, including product training, solutions sales training, application training, customer relationship training and business development training. The training uses a combination of instructor-led, job shadowing and on-the-job training.
From there you will work directly with our Sales team to increase target account penetration and grow our market share. It will be you that gives Papé the competitive edge based on the communication strategies and research you drive. Picture yourself researching and visiting businesses in the area, and creating a pipeline of candidates for the team, all while getting excellent compensation for the new business you create.
The specific work location will be determined during the interview process based on job availability and the candidates preference. Most often, this role will be based out of a branch in either California, Washington, or Oregon.
